The holidays are always very important to small businesses and to show our support we decided to find out what is going on this holiday season at CD DVD GAME VINYL (3717 80th Street) as we sit down with owner Candy Eisenhauer for this exclusive holiday Q&A.Is CD/DVD/GAME/VINYL doing anything special for the holidays this year?
Whether the holidays or not, CD/DVD/GAMES & VINYL will always do what we can to find whatever a customer is looking for. We aren’t really even concerned if it is music or movie related. If you’re looking for it and we can get it, we will order it for you.
What is your overall favorite holiday memory?
I just love the happiness and togetherness that the holiday seems to bring, there are too many great memories to pick just one.
What is your fondest holiday memory growing up in Kenosha?
My mother had 2 sisters and 1 brother living in the Kenosha/Racine area. They would take turns hosting Christmas. My grandparents were getting older and my grandmother received a brand new pair of “electric scissors” from one of the family. My grandmother had no idea how to work them. My uncle offered to show my grandmother how they worked and took the scissors and cut off his tie.
Where would your family shop for the holidays when you were a kid?
I never knew where the shopping was done because we always got our presents from Santa. I do believe we got a lot of clothes from JC Penny so either my mom shopped there or it was the store of choice for Santa.
What is your favorite holiday gift you ever received?
My purple 20” Stingray bicycle with the banana seat. 
What is the worst holiday gift you ever received?
Clothes, who wanted clothes?
Do you think you’re on Santa’s nice list or naughty list this year?
Oh I’m on the nice list, always, I try very hard to be on that list.
